U.S. dollar tops NT$31 level against Taiwan dollar

Taipei, Nov. 7 (CNA) The U.S. dollar rose and breached the NT$31 level against the Taiwan dollar Friday, up NT$0.095 to close at NT$31.045.

Turnover totaled US$1.788 billion during the trading session.

The greenback opened at NT$30.930, and moved between NT$30.925 and NT$31.046 before the close.
