TRA ordered to investigate late reporting of rail crack in Taichung

Taiwan Railways Administration (TRA) has been given a directive to investigate why a cracked rail in the Taichung area was not reported until a commuter train driver spotted it on May 19, Minister of Transportation and Communications Lin Chia-lung (林佳龍) said Thursday.
