Temperatures to rebound Friday as seasonal winds fade

Daytime temperatures are forecast to rebound Friday, in particular in northern and eastern Taiwan, as the northeasterly winds that have brought chilly weather to the island weaken, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Wednesday.
