Taiwan's Central Weather Bureau (CWB) issued a cold weather advisory for New Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu and Miaoli Friday, warning that temperatures in those regions could fall to as low as 10 degrees Celsius between Friday night and Saturday morning.
