HTC enters sub-US$200 smartphone market

Taiwan's HTC Corp. launched the entry-level Desire 200 smartphone in Taiwan on Tuesday with a price tag of NT$4,990 (US$167), the lowest in the company's history, to cash in on the low-cost mobile market.
