Taipei, May 18 (CNA) Wellington Koo (顧立雄), chairman of Taiwan's financial regulatory agency, confirmed Monday that he has been tapped to take over as the chief of the National Security Council (NSC) when President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) starts her second term on May 20.
