Cross-strait ties 'not international': KMT honorary chairman

Meeting with China's top leader Tuesday, Lien Chan, the honorary chairman of Taiwan's ruling Kuomintang (KMT), said that recent developments in cross-Taiwan Strait ties make it "clearer than ever" that ties between the two sides do not constitute international relations.
