MAC head reiterates principle of China policy

Mainland Affairs Council Chairwoman Lai Shin-yuan reiterated Saturday that "putting Taiwan first for the benefit of the people" is the highest principle of Taiwan's China policy and that the people of Taiwan have the right to choose the future direction of cross-Taiwan Strait relations.
