A death's head hawkmoth, named for the skull-like markings on its thorax, is seen at a mortuary in Chiayi City Tuesday evening. The nocturnal moth has raised goosebumps with its frequent appearances at the city's mortuary during Taiwan’s “Ghost Month,” which is being observed this year from July 29-Aug. 16.
