Taiwanese investigators ready to depart for Manila

A Taiwanese delegation will depart for Manila as soon as it receives consent from the Philippines for judicial assistance in the probe of a Philippine government vessel that shot dead a Taiwanese fisherman earlier this month, an official said Saturday.
