Officials touts close ties with China to create win-win situation

Lin Join-sane, Taiwan's top negotiator with China, said Friday that relations between Taiwan and China are the best in 60 years and hoped the two sides could set aside disputes and create a win-win situation through close exchanges and cooperation.
