Taiwanese fisherman killed in cold blood: ROC envoy to U.S.

Taiwan's de facto ambassador to the United States on Friday called the Philippines' shooting of a Taiwanese fisherman cold-blooded and presented a diagram of where bullet holes were located on the fisherman's boat to back his claim.
