Taiwan investigation team to return from Manila (update 1)

A Taiwanese investigation team sent to Manila to probe into a fatal shooting of a Taiwanese fisherman by a Philippine government vessel will return to Taiwan Saturday, an official said, calling the Philippines' attitude on a joint investigation "arrogant" and "capricious."
