Number of dengue fever cases continues to climb

A total of 78 new cases of indigenous dengue fever, including four hemorrhagic cases, were reported last week, showing that the disease has continued unabated despite the onset of cooler weather, an official of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) under the Department of Health said Tuesday.
