Guatemala minister visits Taiwan to promote cultural ties

Guatemala's culture minister arrived in Taiwan Monday to promote bilateral cultural exchanges and attend the opening ceremony of an arts exhibition in Taipei, Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that day.
