Nobel laureate urges less meat consumption

Chemistry Nobel Laureate Lee Yuan-tseh said in a discussion Tuesday to mark the first anniversary of a Meat Free Monday initiative that mankind's chances of survival on Earth would increase if fewer people ate meat.
