Fishery pact shows Taiwan's increased international space

It was an achievement, though not a totally satisfactory one, for Taiwan to strike a fishery agreement with Japan last week, giving Taiwanese fishermen an additional 4,530 square kilometers of hassle-free fishing grounds near the Dioyutai Islands.
