Taipei, Jan. 20 (CNA) Export orders received by Taiwan-based companies fell more than 5 percent in 2019 because of trade friction between the United States and China, but posted year-on-year growth for the first time in 14 months in December, the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) said Monday.
