Taiwan's April jobless rate falls to 4.07% (update)

Taiwan's jobless rate fell 0.1 percentage points in April from a month earlier to 4.07 percent, the lowest level since July 2008 when unemployment stood at 4.06 percent, the government said Wednesday.
