HTC, Apple settlement likely to benefit Q4 industrial production

The patent settlement reached between Taiwan's HTC Corp. and iPhone maker Apple Inc. will likely boost the performance of Taiwan's industrial production in the fourth quarter of this year, according to the Ministry of Economic Affairs Monday.
