Sustainable Lunar New Year dishes

Ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday, lawmakers Kuan Bi-ling and Wang Wan-yu took part in a Greenpeace event to promote sustainable seafood consumption by cooking dishes with local produce. Citing Council of Agriculture statistics, Greenpeace said Taiwanese eat 27.5 kilograms of seafood a year on average, higher than the global average of 20 kg.
