07/26 15:30

In 2014, Chang Hsien-liang, an engineer and father of two daughters, lost his right hand in a factory accident when he pressed the wrong button while operating a stamping machine and his right hand was crushed so badly he had to have it and part of hisforearm amputated. Instead of feeling sorry for himself or being angry, Chang used his engineering background to learn how to make his own prosthetic arm. In 2016, he started using a 3D scanner and 3D printer to make inexpensive prosthetic hands and fingers for other disabledpeople, free of charge. Take a look at how he helps people regain or acquire for the first time, the ability to do things most of us take for granted.
