An air quality monitoring sensor that records temperature, humidity and concentration of PM2.5 particulates is installed on top of a building in Taoyuan on Monday. The city's Department of Environmental Protection announced that it plans to set up 500 of these sensors in Taoyuan's industrial districts and science parks. CNA photo Dec. 11, 2017
