Taiwan's jobless rate fell to 3.78 percent in March, a decline of 0.11 percentage points from a year earlier and a drop of 0.07 points from a month earlier. The March unemployment rate was the lowest since July 2015, when it stood at 3.71 percent, the Directorate-General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics (DGBAS) said Monday, citing a recovery of the domestic economy.
