Chinese athlete Shan Ying (單盈) runs at the annual Soochow University International Ultra Marathon in Taipei on Sunday. Shan ran a total of 241 kilometers and 334 meters, winning not only the women's event, but also running further than any male athlete at the 24-hour run, becoming the first female runner to do so.
