Consumer Confidence Index hits record high

Taiwan's Consumer Confidence Index gained 1.8 points in April to 92.93, the highest the index has been since it was established in January 2004. Of the index's six sub-indexes, the stock market index posted the biggest gain in April, rising 4.9 points to 109.7. CNA graphic April 27, 2015
