Thousand-armed dance

Immigrants from Southeast Asia and China follow the moves of a deaf Chinese dance group, performing the thousand-armed Avalokitesvara dance at a promotional event in Taipei Wednesday. The Chinese group will go on a concert tour in Taiwan in November and will donate the proceeds from their Kaohsiung show to the southern city's reconstruction efforts in the wake of multiple gas explosions that occurred there July 31.
