Hangars at the former Taoyaun Naval Base are decorated with black cat motifs during a preview of the Taoyuan Land Arts Festival Tuesday. The base was home to the Black Cat Squadron of the Air Force, which performed 220 operational missions, many of them over mainland China, between 1961 and 1974.
