Taipei, Aug. 1 (CNA) The northern Taiwan cities of Taipei, New Taipei and Keelung have announced that schools and offices will be be closed Wednesday night from 6 p.m. in anticipation of strong winds and heavy rain brought by Typhoon Saola.
