Taipei, June 22 (CNA) Former Premier Simon Chang (張善政) took up his new post as chairman of the Institute for Biotechnology and Medicine Industry (IBMI) on Wednesday, saying that Taiwan's biotechnology industry can only gain ground in the global market by "fighting in groups."
