Xiaomi's new mid-tier phone, tablet coming to Taiwan

Xiaomi Corp., China's top smartphone maker by domestic shipments, said Thursday that it will begin sales of its second-generation Redmi phone and Mi Pad tablet computer next week in Taiwan to expand 4G offerings here.
