Periphery of tropical storm to bring heavy rain to Keelung, Yilan

Heavy rain can be expected in northern and northeastern Taiwan, in particular Keelung City and Yilan County, from Thursday afternoon due to the periphery of Tropical Storm Fung-Wong, according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB).
