Health ministry appeals HPV vaccine compensation case

The Ministry of Health and Welfare has decided to appeal an administrative court ruling that it must compensate a teenager who was diagnosed with juvenile idiopathic arthritis after receiving the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine.
