First visitor denied entry after failing to pay pork fine

A Chinese passenger was denied entry on Friday because he failed to pay a fine for attempting to bring pork products into Taiwan from Hong Kong, China, an African swine fever (ASF) affected area, according to the Bureau of Animal and Plant Health Inspection and Quarantine (BAPHIQ).
