Taiwan reaches driver's license deal with Minnesota

Taipei, Jan. 3 (CNA) Taiwan has reached a reciprocal driver's license agreement with the American state of Minnesota, making it the 31st U.S. state to reach such a deal with Taiwan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) said Thursday.
