Mercury forecast to dip as low as 13 degrees in northern Taiwan

With the strength of the northeast monsoon intensifying, temperatures in northern Taiwan are forecast to fall as low as 13 degrees Celsius on Wednesday, according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB).
