Taipei, Sept. 18 (CNA) There is little chance that people in northern Taiwan will be able to see the moon during the three-day Mid-Autumn Festival holiday Sept. 22-24, as a weather front is expected to bring cloudy skies, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Tuesday.
