Wei Ying-chung (魏應充), former chairman of Ting Hsin Oil and Fat Industrial Co. and Wei Chuan Foods Corp., was sentenced to 15 years in jail Friday after being convicted of fraud and document forgery in a tainted cooking oil scandal brought to light in 2015.
