Taiwanese student waives hearing on U.S. terrorism threat

The Taiwanese student accused of threatening to shoot up his school in Pennsylvania waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday in exchange for the district attorney agreeing to withdraw the "possession of instruments of crime" charge.
