Poor air quality recorded in central, southern Taiwan

Nineteen air quality monitoring stations in southern Taiwan flashed either an orange or red warning Wednesday morning, indicating generally unhealthy air there as people in Taiwan head back to school and work after the Lunar New Year holiday.
