Total lunar eclipse to be visible from Taiwan Jan. 31

A total lunar eclipse will take place Jan. 31 and if weather conditions are right, the entire process, which will make the moon turn blood-red during the eclipse, will be visible all over Taiwan that night, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said in a statement released Wednesday.
