First case of listeriosis confirmed after notifiable disease listing

A man in his 80s was confirmed as having listeriosis on Tuesday, the first case in Taiwan since it was listed as a notifiable infectious disease in January, according to the Centers of Disease Control (CDC) Tuesday.
