Michelin starred Taiwanese-American chef to serve food on cruise ship

Richard Chen (陳辰朗）, a U.S.-based Taiwan-born Michelin-starred chef, on Thursday announced a partnership with Princess Cruises to serve his interpretation of classic Chinese dishes for passengers on Majestic Princess, the latest ship from the California-based line, which is poised to move into the Taiwanese market in 2018.
