Kaohsiung declaration on ecomobility to be featured at COP 23

A declaration issued at the close of the EcoMobility World Congress 2017 in Kaohsiung on Wednesday will be featured at the 23rd Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 23).
