Temperatures expected to climb slightly Tuesday

Taiwan will warm up slightly on Tuesday as a cold air mass weakens, with daytime highs expected to reach 21 degrees Celsius in northern Taiwan and 25 degrees in central and southern Taiwan, according to the Central Weather Bureau.
