Heavy rain advisory issued for eastern Taiwan

The Central Weather Bureau (CWB) issued torrential and heavy rain advisories on Friday for the eastern part of Taiwan, from Yilan County to the Hengchun Peninsula in Pingtung County, as well as Green Island and Orchid Island off Taiwan's eastern coast.
