Taipei, Sept. 29 (CNA) Foreign tourists visiting Taiwan spent an average of US$195.8 per person per day during the first six months of 2016, the lowest point since 2008 and likely a result of a decline in Chinese tourist arrivals, the Central Bank of the Republic of China (Taiwan) said Thursday.
