Instant noodles warm hearts of Tunghai University students

Tunghai University in Taichung, central Taiwan was worried that students living in its dormitory might get hungry because many shops around the school were closed due to Typhoon Megi, prompting an instant noodle manufacturer to step in after being approached by a lawmaker.
