Typhoon Megi makes landfall at Hualien

Typhoon Megi made landfall at Hualien in eastern Taiwan at around 2 p.m. Tuesday, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said, warning that particularly strong winds and heavy rain are expected in the northern and eastern parts of Taiwan.
