North forecast to be cool, wet due to seasonal wind

Under the influence of northeasterly winds, temperatures in northern Taiwan are expected to plummet from Sunday to Tuesday, while many areas of the country may see heavy rainfall, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Sunday.
